I have been involved in real estate for over 12 years. While flipping my own properties for profit, I ran an organizing/staging company and have since transferred my skills to help others achieve their real estate goals.


My client's benefit from my ability to recognize deficiencies in a property and how to highlight a home's best features. I am an excellent listener who focuses on communication so I can understand each client's unique wants and needs. I was born and raised in the Hamilton area and know each neighbourhood from experience.


My priority is that my client's and their families buy and sell their homes with ease and have less stress along the way.

Before you start the hunt for a new home, it is important to be informed. Do your homework or let me do it for you!  I will do a background check on the property and search out all the information. We will start with your list of criteria and break down the needs and wants. Everyone has their own deal breakers. I will guide you through every step of the process from showing you as many properties necessary to explaining all documents so you know what you are signing. Although it's not always easy, I will be there with you to help each step of the way. 


Whether you are moving because your family needs more space or downsizing because you have too much to maintain, selling your house is a big decision. To help you make smart decisions, I will start with a consultation in your home where we will discuss your thoughts and goals. I will point out any improvements that may need to be made to maximize your home's worth and get you the most for your investment. I have a network of trustworthy contractors to help along the way to ensure we get you the best offer possible. Professional photos, staging and marketing will create interest in your home and bring all the buyers to your door!  I will keep you informed with a checklist of items to minimize surprises on closing day. I will guide you through step by step. 


If you're are interested in the rental market, I will do all I can to help you land the best place for you. The rental market is a challenge presently with high prices and low supply.  It's best to be prepared with the documents necessary for the right offer. Getting your paperwork in order before viewing properties is a must!  Documents required are a rental application, full credit report, employment letter and for some,  proof of income. Credit reports and employment letters may take time to receive so it's best to get organized ahead of time.  I'm here to answer any questions you may have!
